Return Deadline:

You may request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving the item.

Applications submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Return and Exchange Conditions

To ensure a smooth return and exchange process, your item must meet the following requirements (opened products are also eligible for return):

Must not have been worn or washed

Free from stains, odors, and damage

Labels and packaging must be intact

All accompanying accessories must be complete

If the item does not meet the above conditions, we may refuse to process your return or exchange request.

The following items are not eligible for return or exchange: Items that have been visibly used or washed; Items that have been damaged, altered, or stained by human error; Items without tags or with severely damaged packaging; Clearance items and final sale items (if clearly stated on the product page as non-refundable/exchangeable); Minor color differences or incorrect size selection due to personal reasons (except for exchanges).

If you have any questions about size or material, we recommend consulting customer service before purchasing.

Return Process:
Please contact our customer service team, providing your order number, reason for return, and relevant photos.

Wait for customer service confirmation and for a return explanation and address.
Please pack the item properly and return it.

After receiving and inspecting the item, our warehouse will process your refund within 3-7 business days.

Please keep your shipping receipt for tracking purposes.

Exchange Process:
We support exchanges of the same item.

The exchange process is as follows:
Contact customer service to apply for an exchange and inform them of the size you need.

Return the item to the address provided by customer service.

After the item has been inspected and confirmed to be correct, we will resend a new item to you. If the replacement item is out of stock, we will offer a refund or other alternatives.

Shipping Information:
For returns/exchanges due to quality issues (e.g., damaged goods or wrong item sent): We will cover the round-trip shipping costs. For returns/exchanges due to personal reasons (e.g., dislike, incorrect size): Return shipping costs are borne by the customer.

First-time exchange: We usually cover the shipping costs for the replacement item (subject to policy).

Refund Method and Time
Refunds will be returned to your original payment method.

Refund processing times are typically as follows:
Website processing: 3-7 business days
Bank or payment institution processing: 3-10 business days
Some banks may take longer; please be patient.

; Goods with obvious damage or stains
; Goods that do not match the size or style of your order

Please contact us within 7 days of receiving the goods. We will prioritize arranging an exchange or refund for you.

Please provide photos of the goods so we can process your request more quickly.

Reasons for Return Rejection

The following situations may lead to a rejected return:
Obvious signs of use
Washing, perfume, smoke, or other odors
Product damage that is not a quality issue
Failure to follow the prescribed return procedure
Exceeding the return deadline

If your return is rejected, we will contact you to arrange for the item to be returned to you (shipping costs are borne by the customer).
